2012 Volkswagen Passat US Version

Volkswagen has officially announced the New Midsize Sedan (NMS) will be called the Passat in North America. the 2012 Volkswagen Passat is larger than its predecessors and will be built to match the tastes and lifestyle of Americans. The 2012 Vw Passat will be available in three equipment lines: S, SE and SEL.
The 2012 Passat will offer a five-cylinder gasoline engine rated 170 hp, a four-cylinder diesel rated 140 hp, and a V-6 gas engine rated 280 hp.
Base model will start under $20 000, much cheaper than the previous model.
